A bus hijacker named Rolando Mendoza a former police killed in assault by a SWAT Sniper. Rolando Mendoza hijacked the Hong Kong bus with a 15 Chinese passengers.
After a few negotiations the hostage taker refused to surrender the Philippine police, that is why Philippine police and SWAT team forced to get in action when the driver takes out to the bus and inform the police authorities about the situation inside the bus.
